Arrow Behavioral Associates, a Finni Health company, seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with clients in Monroe, CT. The role is part-time and in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with competitive pay of $21-$23 per hour.

You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop essential life, communication, and social skills in a supportive setting. Experience with HIPAA and data collection is valued.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques is preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field is beneficial.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
