Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder, supporting functional improvements under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role offers a flexible schedule, onboarding bonus, and ongoing training; growth opportunities include Lead RBT and full-time RBT positions. RBT certification is required, with preferred experience in special education and ABA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• 1 year of experience in special education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
