Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in McDonough, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work in-person under a BCBA and help develop communication, social and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include delivering direct therapy, following BIPs, collecting data, coordinating with families and the clinical team, and keeping accurate records. Requires active RBT certification and a high school diploma; driver's license and reliable

Pay: $25.00–$33.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: In-person | McDonough, GA

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Requirements
