Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Laurel, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD and developmental disabilities in a one-on-one setting. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, collect data, and help families apply strategies consistently.

In-person role with both full-time and part-time options. A high school diploma is required, with a preferred bachelor’s degree in progress; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also requested.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients in improving their social, communication, and daily living skills.
