  • Follow company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of RBT professional conduct
  • Participate in ongoing RBT training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others as an RBT
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and their families
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed
  • Physical ability to work with young children, including the ability to sit, stand, lift, and move as needed during therapy sessions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required to travel to client locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with children, especially in an ABA or special education setting
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection as an RBT
  • Interest in a long-term career in behavioral health, with aspirations to pursue further ABA certifications
