An established industry player is looking for caring and energetic individuals to join their team as Registered Behavior Technicians. We are currently seeking caring and energetic individuals in the South Charlotte area for the role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Afternoon availability, ideally between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, is strongly preferred. Our company provides ABA Therapy across the Charlotte Metro area, offering opportunities to work one-on-one with learners in their homes, in the community, or at our clinics.
Role Overview: RBTs play a critical role in the lives of children by providing individualized skill-building and learning opportunities according to each child's treatment plan. We emphasize best practices with a whole-child approach, utilizing positive reinforcement, natural environment teaching, and discrete trial instruction. RBTs are also responsible for data collection. Training and ongoing support are provided and paid.
Compensation: The pay range is $17.00/hr - $22.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Paid training is provided for newcomers to the field, and current RBTs are encouraged to apply. The role is part-time and offers flexible scheduling based on client needs.
This role provides valuable experience for students and professionals interested in education, psychology, or counseling. Scheduling and hours are tailored to each client, with pay based on experience.
