Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician at Solving Autism, LLC

We are currently seeking caring and energetic individuals in the South Charlotte area for the role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Afternoon availability, ideally between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, is strongly preferred. Our company provides ABA Therapy across the Charlotte Metro area, offering opportunities to work one-on-one with learners in their homes, in the community, or at our clinics.

Role Overview: RBTs play a critical role in the lives of children by providing individualized skill-building and learning opportunities according to each child's treatment plan. We emphasize best practices with a whole-child approach, utilizing positive reinforcement, natural environment teaching, and discrete trial instruction. RBTs are also responsible for data collection. Training and ongoing support are provided and paid.

Compensation: The pay range is $17.00/hr - $22.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Paid training is provided for newcomers to the field, and current RBTs are encouraged to apply. The role is part-time and offers flexible scheduling based on client needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, or behavior challenges (priority given to those with ABA experience).
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
• Reliable transportation.
• A sense of humor and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility in thinking.
• Willingness to commit to at least six months.
• Complete and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications (training provided).
• Availability during afternoons (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM).
• Complete 40 hours of online RBT training, pass the RBT exam, and submit the certification.
