Job summary

B Above Autism Services is hiring Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.

As an RBT, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBA and clinical teams to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills. Flexible hours and supportive supervision offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation required; flexibility to travel to home/school/community settings.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

About The Role
