Job summary

Gentle Rise ABA LLC in Manhattan, Kansas is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families with evidence-based ABA therapy. Per Diem or Part-Time opportunities available, flexible scheduling to fit your life, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include 1:1 in-home, in-school, or in-clinic sessions, data collection, and coordinating with BCBA and families.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required).
• Can pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
