Job summary

Gentle Rise ABA LLC in Lawrence, Kansas, is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for per diem or part-time work to support children and families through evidence-based ABA therapy.

You will provide 1:1 sessions in home, school, or clinic, follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and collect progress data while collaborating with families. Flexible shifts and training assistance are offered to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus, not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

As an RBT, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $21 - $26/hour

• Per Diem or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Lawrence, Kansas

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for RBTs who:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred

• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required)

• Can pass a background check

• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally
