Job summary

Gentle Rise ABA LLC in Haven, Kansas is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or clinics under a BCBA-designed plan and help families track progress.

This per diem or part-time role offers flexible schedules, paid training, PTO and holiday pay, travel locally, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is not required.
• Can pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
