Salary: $25 - $30 / Per Hour (Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Central LA)

Positions Available

Part-Time and Full-Time Positions: Mon-Fri Morning and Evening Shifts Available. (Weekend shifts available as well)

About the Role

Maxim Healthcare Services is urgently hiring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with individuals with behavioral needs. We provide comprehensive online and hands-on training to help our Techs succeed and gain confidence in ABA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing social, communication, and behavioral skills
• Implement behavior interventions as per plans created by BCBAs
• Document progress and milestones

Qualifications

• Passion for working with individuals with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current CPR/FA certification
• CPI certification preferred
