Salary: $25 - $30 / Per Hour (Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Central LA)

Part Time and Full Time Positions: Mon-Fri Morning and Evening Shifts Available. (Weekend shifts available as well)

Maxim Healthcare Services is urgently hiring for Registered Behavioral Technicians - RBT - to work one-on-one with individuals with special needs. We dedicate our time to providing all of our Techs with the necessary online and hands-on training to become successful and confident in the comprehensive approach of ABA.

Responsibilities:

• Help individuals work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Provide behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients
• Document individual's progress and milestones
• Follow and implement behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with individuals with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CPR/FA certification
• CPI (preferred)
