Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K–12 school setting in Longmont, CO. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with school teams to support students with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• School-based or ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students.
• Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors.
• Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.

Hello, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician for a K–12 school setting in Longmont, CO. In this role, you’ll support students with behavioral and developmental needs by implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with school teams.
