Job summary

Upwards ABA in Lakewood, Colorado is seeking a reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings under supervision of BCBA team.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families and clinical staff. Active RBT certification and a high school diploma are required; travel to West Denver/Lakewood area is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel to West Denver/Lakewood/Westminster area.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a child in home, school, or community setting.

• Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the West Denver/Lakewood/ Westminster area. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes, schools, or community settings, implementing treatment plans created by our supervising BCBA team.

• Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data during sessions

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Ability to travel consistently to the West Denver/Lakewood/Westminster area
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism

Pay & Benefits:

• $25-$30/hour, based on experience, availability, location fit, and reliability
