Regency ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and document sessions while collaborating with the clinical team to support children in building skills and independence.

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. The RBT will provide high-quality, individualized behavioral services to clients while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve personal goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
