Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Libertyville, IL. Work 1:1 with children with autism in homes and centers, under supervision of a BCBA. Compensation is $19.00–$23.00 per hour, hours vary.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with some travel. 401k eligibility after 1,000 hours and meeting company requirements. CPR certification required along with RBT.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism in homes and centers.
• Implement ABA programs and plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, record and communicate data on patient behavior.
• Some travel may be required.

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire a Part Time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in LOCATION. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
• Some travel may be required

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED
• Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification
• Previous therapy experience
