Job summary

Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon ABA cases in the Lexington Park area. This role offers the opportunity to work with multiple clients within the same location, providing consistent weekly hours and a structured schedule.

At Jade ABA, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and strong support for both families and staff.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect data and track client progress

• Collaborate with families and caregivers

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Afternoon and after-school cases available

• 20–40 hours per week

• Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
