Job summary

Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings across Maryland. We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for after-school hours.

Join our growing team for supportive supervision, paid training, and a schedule that fits family needs. 20–40 hours per week with some weekend opportunities; trainees and certified RBTs welcome.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available, with Preference for Afterschool Hours | $28–$35/hour

Jade ABA is growing and we are looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team!

At Jade ABA, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and strong support for both families and staff.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Afternoon and after-school cases available
• 20–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
