Behavior Plus ABA in Memphis, TN seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy. The role is in-person with flexible day parts and growth potential.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support social, communication, and daily living skills while maintaining open communication with parents and supervisors. Training is provided.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit Memphis area team.

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing behavior intervention plans that make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, day care, or other settings.

• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.

• Support social, communication, and daily living skill development.

• Maintain communication with supervisors and parents.

• Promote a positive, motivating environment for every client.
