Job summary

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in Crossville, TN. This part-time role involves delivering in-person ABA therapy to children in a school setting under BCBA supervision.

You’ll collect data, follow intervention plans, and support families. CPR certification is required; RBT certification is preferred or pursued within a set timeframe; 10 hours per week with competitive pay.

About the Role

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Crossville, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in a school setting, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

We are currently hiring for part-time hours only.

Schedule

• 10 hours per week, open availability
