Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Missouri is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision.

The role emphasizes high-quality data collection, collaboration with BCBA and families, and a safe, engaging environment. A valid RBT certification (or eligibility) and a driver’s license are required; a high school diploma is essential.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
