Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy, collect real-time data on client progress, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and families to support meaningful skill development.

Prior experience with autism and a valid driver's license are required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and you will

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
