Job summary

BH Field is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide in-home ABA services in Loganville, GA (Tue–Fri, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM). You will work one-to-one with clients, follow behavior protocols, collect data, and support the BCBA. Requires at least 3 months of RBT experience, active RBT certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Must be willing to commute to client locations. BH Field offers PTO for part and full-time employees, medical/vision/dental/life insurance for qualifying hours, a referral bonus

Qualifications

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.

• Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on the client’s behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

About the role

Location: Loganville, 30052, GA (Tuesday to Friday 04:00 PM - 07:00 PM).

Sessions: In-home.

Salary: $28-30 per hour.

Must have reliable transportation.
