Allies Autism Services is looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for an afternoon/evening case in Southwest Las Vegas!

We're looking for an RBT who is patient, adaptable, and confident in their clinical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and treatment integrity.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25–$31/hour
• Position: Starting Part-Time (15 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Location: Southwest Las Vegas, NV 89139
• Setting: In-Home ABA Services

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must hold an active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Must hold an active Nevada RBT registration through the Nevada Applied Behavior Analysis Board (NVABA).
• Previous experience providing ABA therapy preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
