Best Buds ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with ASD in the Vegas metro area. You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and work with BCBA colleagues and families to guide progress.

This role offers after-school, evening, and weekend shifts with travel to client locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV. Competitive pay ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, plus growth opportunities.

- About You: You're a certified RBT with a passion for working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You're all about implementing behavioral interventions, collecting data, and providing support and guidance to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies like a boss!

- Collect and record data like a pro!

- Provide support and guidance to our clients and their families with love and care!

- Collaborate with our team of BCBAs and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans!

- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and interventions like a rockstar!

Requirements:

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

- High school diploma or equivalent required;

- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations (if applicable)
