Overview

Position: Registered Behavior Technician

Location: LaGrange, IL

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, some evenings until 6pm

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00/hr (Pending Experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire a full-time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in LaGrange. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
• Some travel may be required

Qualifications

Minimum:

• 1 year outpatient experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification
