Magical Moments ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings under BCBA guidance. The role involves data collection, collaboration with therapists and caregivers, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for children and families.

With a focus on compassionate, family-centered ABA therapy, the organization emphasizes ongoing professional development, HIPAA compliance, and adherence to ethics codes.

Qualifikationen

• RBT certification is required.
• 6+ months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation.
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations.
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
