Magical Moments ABA in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, maintain a safe and supportive environment, and collaborate with therapists and families to implement effective programs.
The role requires completing training, recording appointments, and following HIPAA/privacy guidelines while supporting clients and caregivers with progress updates and therapy

Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach
Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations
Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies
Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings
Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of general ABA practices
At least 18+ years of age
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
