At Behavioral Perspective (BPI), you can become a Behavior Technician and help provide much needed therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. Don’t worry, all of the training you need is provided with the support of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who are professionals in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

BPI is a BCBA-owned organization providing ABA services to clients and families throughout Illinois and in Austin, TX! Our mission is to embrace teamwork to promote positive outcomes. • Training is provided, and we cover the cost of earning your RBT certification. You also get a pay raise upon earning your certification!
  • Paths for growth - you have opportunities to grow as a BT with us through our tiered-BT program, which allows you to earn more and learn additional skills!
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible team members.
  • Other great benefits, like parental leave, 401K, disability insurance, and life insurance options.
  • Meaningful and impactful work.
