B Above is hiring Part Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA therapy team, providing 1:1 services in home, school, or community settings.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay from $23–$28 per hour, and both full-time and part-time opportunities, plus comprehensive training and BCBA supervision to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
