Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time/Full-Time

The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Our clinic provides a supportive and collaborative environment where we deliver high-quality care to children with communication, developmental, and behavioral challenges. Position:

• Part-Time or Full-Time RBT, 1099 contract
• Location: Chandler, AZ
• Schedule: Flexible, with opportunities to work in-clinic or in home

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to ensure client success
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients, families, and staff
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow BCBAs’ direction
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others succeed
