RBT COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE:

• Pay range: $24-$26/hour
• Part time: 15 hours/week minimum
• Full time: 30 hours/week minimum

RBT Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with children with autism by providing ABA therapy under the direction and guidance of a BCBA.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in therapy delivery.
