Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in structured, play-based learning.

Location: This position is for one of our two clinics in GreenvillePosition Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr (based on experience and credentials)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Accurately collect and document data on client progress
• Engage clients in structured, play-based learning
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team to ensure consistent care

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Reliable transportation to and from clinic sites
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay actively engaged with clients
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Calm, compassionate, and adaptable team player

Schedule Options

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
