Job summary

Best Buds ABA Therapy in the Las Vegas area is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with ASD and related disabilities. You will implement behavioral interventions, collect data, and partner with BCBA and RBT colleagues to execute individualized plans.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours in the Vegas metro area, with travel to client locations as needed and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies with clients.
• Collect and record data on progress and outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families.
• Collaborate with BCBA/ROTA and other RBTs on treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely progress records.

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

- About You: You're a certified RBT with a passion for working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You're all about implementing behavioural interventions, collecting data, and providing support and guidance to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Collect and record data like a pro!

- Provide support and guidance to our clients and their families with love and care!

- Collaborate with our team of BCBAs and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans!
