Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for in-home ABA therapy in Henderson, NC, and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision.

We offer part-time and full-time positions with afternoon and after-school sessions, flexible scheduling, paid training, PTO, and support for RBT certification and renewal. Join a supportive clinical team and help children grow.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; if not, we’ll support the path to certification.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients' homes throughout the Henderson area.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification, if not we'll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday-Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15-25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
