Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for home-based ABA therapy in Haymarket, Bristow, and surrounding areas. You will work with children in their homes, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills using ABA techniques.

Positions offer flexible part-time schedules with opportunities for professional growth. The role supports RBT certification and renewal, with paid training, PTO, and supervision to guide your development.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Your responsibilities will include:
• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills

• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team

• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Haymarket area
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
