Job summary

Aspire Supports in New Jersey seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support services in community and residential settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement BSPs, collect data, and assist in skill acquisition programs to improve clients' quality of life.

Ideal candidates are reliable, compassionate, and committed to ethical, evidence-based care with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Collect and record objective behavioral data.
• Implement skill acquisition programs.
• Utilize positive reinforcement and function-based interventions.
• Support functional communication training (FCT).
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Applied Behavior Analyst. Services are delivered in community and residential settings.
