Job summary

True Progress Therapy is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Pompton Plains, NJ. You will implement ABA services for children with ASD under supervision of a BCBA and help families achieve meaningful progress.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule (20-30 hours per week), competitive hourly pay of $27-$30, and plenty of opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
