Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Florida is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to staff cases across Florida. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers competitive pay of 20 to 25 dollars per hour, flexible locations across the state, hands-on growth in ABA services, and a supportive team dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality care for children with autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred (but not required training support available!).
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children as guided by a BCBA.
• Help clients develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record and track progress through data collection.
• Partner with families and team members to deliver exceptional care.
