Job summary

Infinity Behavior LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive ABA team in Celebration, FL. This part-time role offers $20–$24/hour, flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for career growth to help you make a difference in children's lives daily.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, follow treatment plans from a BCBA, and track progress data while supporting family success and collaboration with caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Track progress data and support family success.
