Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data to track progress.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and experience with autism. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
