Golden Touch ABA, based in Maryland, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work directly with children and adolescents, delivering individualized plans across home, school, and community settings.

Ideal candidates have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma; a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
