Job summary

Move Up ABA seeks a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families in a supportive team. You will implement therapy protocols under BCBA supervision, build strong client relationships, and track progress with data-driven feedback.

The role requires an RBT certification with BACB, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT with BACB credential.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of ABA-related experience.
• Availability for part-time evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field
• Ability to work PART-TIME schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
