Be a part of a new adventure and recreate the role of the Registered Behavior Technician for families on the autism journey!

We are ALL TOGETHER AUTISM providing child and family-centered services including applied behavior analysis (ABA), clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination to improve functional skills and drive positive change. The Registered Behavior Technician will work under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

You will focus on implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and serving as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families. Join us in this full-time Registered Behavior Technician role with an expected compensation range of $22 to $28 per hour.

What We Ask Of You

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience working as an RBT in home or center-based ABA settings with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience with children ages 2-12 years old.
• Reliable transportation and mobile phone; willingness to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center, Monday through Friday and potential weekends.
