Job summary

True Progress Therapy in Neptune City, New Jersey, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. The role provides 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support client progress. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification (or are willing to obtain it), have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy or experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule:

• Full-Time: 25-30 hours/week or Part-Time Available, AM Hours

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Neptune City, New Jersey

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:
