Job summary

Go Grow ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our compassionate team in Browns Mills, NJ. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings and implement plans designed by a BCBA.

This role emphasizes data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with families and staff to support client success. We offer flexible hours, paid training, certification assistance, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of ABA experience with kids.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
