Job summary

Apple ABA in New Jersey is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support ABA therapy for children in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect and document progress data, and collaborate with families and the team to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
