Job summary

B Above Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the United States. Positions available as part-time and full-time roles with hourly pay from $23 to $28, plus flexible hours and a supportive team.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings and contribute to meaningful progress for children and families. Ideal candidates hold an Active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.

• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
