Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children through ABA and Pivotal Response Treatment in home, school, and community settings. This part-time role pays $25–$30 per hour and requires evening availability.

You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills through play-based activities, while maintaining confidentiality and collaboration with families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based, engaging activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
