Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a part‑time role to support children under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized ABA plans and collecting progress data.

You will help develop communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging play-based activities, while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification preferred (must obtain within 90 days).
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Consistent afternoon and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based, engaging activities.
